Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Hamburg Nursery School program!  In order to have your child placed on our waiting list, please fill out the form below with a NON-REFUNDABLE amount of $10.00.  This confirms your child's place on the list, NOT in the program.  Parents are called in the order that their child was placed on the waiting list.  All children are placed on both the appropriate 3-year-old, and following year: 4-year-old lists according to their birthday.  Please note that Hamburg Nursery School enrolls based on a December 1st cut off.  Your child will be placed on the 3-year-old and 4-year-old list according to this date.

We will start contacting prospective parents in January of the year the child would be enrolled.  If you have a change of address or phone number between now and then, please inform the registrar so that you can be contacted.
